Artisan Manchego Semicurado D.O.P.

Unpasteurised semi-cured Manchego (cured for a minimum of 4-5 months), in three sizes: 250g wedge, 1kg round and 3kg wheel.

INGREDIENTS: Unpasteurised Manchega sheep's milk, salt, (animal) rennet, egg lysate, lactic ferments.

Murcia Al Vino Drunken Goat

White, medium-textured goats milk cheese, made using the pasteurised milk of the Murciana Goat. The natural rind is dipped twice during the ripening process in red wine, so that the cheese absorbs the fruity, slightly spicy flavour and aroma of the wine and also gives it its nickname of the 'Drunken Goat'! Best drunk with a young red wine to complement the winey flavour of the cheese.


INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat's milk, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, (animal) rennet, salt, lysozyme (from egg), red wine (rind only) natamicin (rind only).

Valdeon Picos Blue Cheese

Valdeon is a famous blue cheese matured in the Valdeon valley in the beautiful Picos de Europa mountains. This mountain range is in the north-west of Spain in the Castilla y Leon region. The cheese is made throughout the seasons using a mixture of cow and goat milk and has a dense blue veining. Valdeon is a bold cheese - its unique features stem from the artisan production processes, which include long and traditional maturation in cold, damp mountain caves. Valdeon has a soft, granular texture and pale colour; the cheese is punctuated with small cavities filled with blue veins. It is covered by a coarse, inconsistent rind in dark grey shades with little red marks, Valdeon possesses a spicy taste akin to Roquefort but less salty. As a powerful smelling cheese, Valdeon is also perfect for use in blue cheese sauces. The rich smell of the cheese makes a good accompaniment for fresh fruit, red wine or sherry. We have two sizes of this cheese available: a small round of approximately 465g or a large 2.3kg wheel.

Each jam is distinctively flavoured and artisan-crafted using fruits, nuts and spices to enhance the flavours of specific kinds of cheeses.

The box contains five flavours which are: caramelised apples, Turkish pistachios and Sri Lankan cinnamon, ripe figs with Australian macadamia nuts and Jamaican allspice, ripe peaches and apricots, Goji berries, and Guatemalan cardamom, raspberry with rose petals and Szechuan pepper and black grapes with Mallorcan almonds.
