White Truffle Arbequina Olive Oil

This gourmet white truffle oil is presented in a beautiful pyramidal bottle and is of really high quality. The extra virgin olive oil is made using cold-pressed Arbequina olives, full of grassy peppery flavour even before the addition of the perfumed aroma of white truffle. Add a few drops as a finishing oil to dishes such as risottos, pastas and mushrooms - delicious!

Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil made using Picual olives, from Jaen in Andalucia; in two sizes and shapes of glass - a tear-drop shaped Lagrima bottle and an Egyptian-style glass jug with pouring lip and cork stopper; each filled with a delicious extra-virgin olive oil made from Picual olives grown in Andalucia. The olives are pressed in the second half of November when they are perfectly ripe. The colour is greenish gold; its aromas are of ripe green fruits and aromatic herbs with a peppery finish. Available in 100ml and 250ml.

Balsamic Chardonnay White Wine Vinegar

Try this fabulous wine vinegar from Castell de Gardeny, a family-run company in Cataluña! It is made carefully using the Schützenbach method, which dates to 1823. Unlike most vinegars this is uses a fermentation process ten times slower than industrially-made vinegars. The alcohol content is allowed to aerate by circulating through sections of the fermentation vats, ensuring that the aromatic qualities of the original wine are preserved. As a result a vinegar is created with a richer and fuller flavour. After that, the vinegar is combined with a little grape must and aged for 12 months in French oak. As a result of these processes, this vinegar is refined and mature with an elegant and complex flavour; in addition, it has fruity and toasted notes from the oak, a delicate acidity and a silky body.


INGREDIENTS: Cabernet Sauvignon wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, preservative: potassium bisulphate.

Chilli Olive Oil Pearls from Caviaroli

These encapsulated drops of extra virgin olive oil infused with chilli oil will give you a spicy 'taste explosion'!
